This house is located inside a condominium. The property has its own private services, such as swimming pool and jacuzzi. In addition, in the common areas of the condominium there are other shared pools, jacuzzis, gym, massage room, steam room, etc. The space is divided into 4 levels. The first has the living room, the dining room, the guest bathroom and a patio with swimming pool, also an outdoor dining table.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own full private bathroom. On the third level, there is a fourth bedroom with full bathroom, also an open terrace with an outdoor seating area and a jacuzzi. On the fourth level there is a solarium with sun loungers and an open view of the city.
Attention to the guests
During your stay, Katia, the housekeeper and the manager will be there to help you. Our Anna or Rosa chefs are available upon request for $ 25 per day. This optional service is from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Both are specialized in northern Colombian cuisine. They will cook for you at your request., but you can also cook many other dishes or adapt to your needs and preferences. The employees do the shopping, preparation, service and cleaning.Guests pay the cost of the ingredients.
